Southern Highlands Renovation

Set on a beautiful 40-acre Southern Highlands estate, this property had stunning grounds but an off-the-shelf project home. We reworked the exterior and floor plan to create a bespoke architectural home worthy of its location.

Braidwood Country House

This new house design in Braidwood, NSW fits seamlessly with its rural context. We created a great sustainable floor plan with a balance between private and shared spaces

Kiama Rescue Renovation

We renovated this run down midcentury artist's house in the Kiama Hinterland into a contemporary home that embraces its forest surroundings and ocean views, while preserving original timber features.

Grand Designs Earth House

This 8.5 star energy efficient, off-grid underground earth house was featured on Grand Designs Australia, S10. The materiality of the home feels balanced with

Sustainable Home Canberra

Built on a 'Mr. Fluffy’ block, this sustainable home is a series of light-filled spaces built around a spine of rammed earth. It has an energy rating of 8.8 stars.

Mid-Century Heritage Canberra Restoration

What we do at Architecture Republic

New Home & Extensions

We love Australian architecture. Our big focus is new homes and renovations to existing houses. We also work on secondary residences, and multi-units. Outside of residential, we love small retail and school projects.

Green Design

Green design is both affordable and beneficial for everyone. We use solar passive design and new technologies to make homes energy efficient. Our green techniques work together to create sustainable, low-carbon designs.

Contract Administration

We can help you choose your builder and act as your agent on site in dealings with all contractors. We can organise tendering, progress payments and ensure the contract is being fulfilled. Our team will also help resolve any issues during construction.

Interior Design & Detailing

Functional, beautiful and tailored to your budget. We design interiors to bring artistic visions to life. Our service includes lighting plans, fixtures and fittings, colours, cabinetry, inclusions and detailing.
