I grew up on a sheep farm in the Snowy Mountains of NSW. Rural and regional architecture has been there from the beginning. I understand it’s beauty and it’s challenges. Since starting the practice in 2011, I’ve worked on a diverse range of rural projects. From straw bale houses to underground homes . With a passion for sustainable design, I create homes that work with the climate and environment.

Since starting Architecture Republic in 2011, we’ve done much of our work on Regional NSW. It is hard to ignore the beauty of open, landscapes as a background for architecture. I studied at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) under renowned architect Glenn Murcutt. Since then, my interest for sustainability and site-specific design has only grown. I love the charm of old homesteads and the restoration of forgotten properties. Preserving the rich history that comes with these projects is a dream come true. Whether we are rescuing a rural heritage property or crafting something new, I can bring your vision to life.
